Welcome to SMM Panel. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and services. By registering an account or placing any order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Our Services
SMM Panel provides social media marketing services. These include likes, followers, views, comments, subscribers, shares, and other engagement services for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and more.

We prioritize organic marketing methods that are designed to be safe for the platforms. However, we cannot guarantee that social media platforms will not detect or remove the added activity.

  • Your social media accounts or posts must be public.
  • We never ask for your account password.

2. User Account
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use SMM Panel. Customers using the website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Do not share your login details.

3. Placing Orders

  • Always use the correct public link to your profile or post.
  • Check the link carefully before ordering.
  • Do not place multiple orders for the same service on the same link at the same time.
  • Some services have minimum and maximum order limits shown on the order page.

4. Order Delivery, Partial Orders, and Cancellations
Orders usually start automatically after payment.

  • Partial orders: Sometimes we cannot deliver the full quantity you ordered. When this happens, the order status changes to “Partial”. You receive the amount we could deliver, and the remaining unused amount is automatically refunded to your account balance.
  • Cancelled orders: If the system cancels an order (before it starts or for any other reason), the full unused amount is automatically refunded to your account balance.

You can use the refunded balance for new orders.

5. Refill Guarantee
Many of our services (especially followers and subscriptions) include a refill guarantee.

How it works:

  • If the delivered quantity drops after the order is completed,
  • Within the guarantee period (usually 30 days – check the service description),
  • We will add back the missing amount for free, up to the original ordered quantity.

To request a refill, click the refill button (when available) or contact support with your order ID.

Refill is not available for all services (likes and views often have no refill). Refill does not apply if your account becomes private, is deleted, banned, or if you change privacy settings. Some services clearly state “No Refill” on the order page.

6. Payments and Deposits
You add money to your account balance first, then use that balance to place orders. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown on the site.

All prices are in US Dollars.

7. Refund Policy
Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited:

  • We only refund balances that were added using a credit or debit card.
  • The balance must be above 10 USD to be eligible for refund.
  • We do not refund balances added using other payment methods (such as cryptocurrency or e-wallets).
  • Any bonus percentage you received on your deposit will be removed from your balance before we process the refund.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original card.
  • Once an order has started or been partially delivered, we do not give cash refunds for that order. The unused part is automatically added to your balance (see section 4).

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to be respectful to our support staff at all times. We do not tolerate rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our team.

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam, harassment, or fake engagement
  • Violating any social media platform’s rules
  • Promoting adult, violent, or hateful content

9. Resellers and Child Panels
We offer child panels for resellers. Resellers are fully responsible for paying their monthly panel invoice on time.

If the monthly fee is not paid, your child panel will be temporarily auto-suspended until payment is made.

Depending on your revenue, our administrative team may waive the monthly fee at their sole discretion.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we believe the account is being used for illegal activities or may be harmful to our platform.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

11. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the speed, final results, or long-term stability of any service. Social media platforms can change their rules at any time.
  • We are not responsible if your account gets limited, shadowbanned, or banned by any social media platform.
  • We are not liable for any loss of followers, money, business, or any other damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
